SHIPPING POLICY FOR ZENTELLE BEAUTY CO.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer shipping to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and 24 additional international destinations across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

        Domestic Expedited Delivery: $14.99 US dollars. Delivery 5-9 business days. 

         International Expedited Delivery: $17.99US  dollars 5-9 business days.

       Standard Free Shipping

           Domestic (United States): Free Shipping 7-18 business days 

           Canada: Free Shipping 7-18 business day

            International: Free Shipping 10-21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes For international orders. All customs, duties, and taxes are already included in the price of the products for your convenience.

International Shipping We ship to over 28 countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Damages Zentelle Beauty Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once your order has been shipped and the tracking information shows it has been delivered, Zentelle Beauty Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
