RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOR ZENTELLE BEAUTY

At Zentelle Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.
Eligible Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and unused in their original packaging
- In the same condition that you received them
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, the following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at Customer Service within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee unless the item is defective or we made an error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item

Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Refund timing may vary depending on your location and financial institution
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately at myemail.af68@gmail.com with photos of the damage
- We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs
- Please retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved
Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
International Returns
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
- Refund processing times may be longer for international returns (up to 14-21 business days)
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your financial institution (processing can take additional time)
